  a. Retention Period: The Entity will retain your information for as long as it needs it to fulfil contractual obligations with you or for as long as necessary to provide the individual services you have requested, until you withdraw any consent you may have given the Entity to process your personal information or as far as the Entity is subject legal, tax, or accounting obligations to process your information. 

Any data or information that is no longer needed for compliance with contractual or legal obligations will be deleted or anonymized at regular intervals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Entity will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active on the Website.

  b. No warranty: The Entity uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Website secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.
